RUDE service. I tried this place twice in hopes that the second time around I'd have a better experience. Both times that I have visited this place the nail technician and the other employees were very cold. The salon is pretty, my nails weren't any better than any other place I've neen to. But the service alone will gaurantee that I will not me returning. I went here to get my shellac taken off. They soaked my nails in the alcohol, she chipped the rest off with her own nails, no drill, no tools. Didn't cut any of my nails down to be even, filed them a little and said I was done. They were going to charge me $3 for a CLEAR COAT. I can buy a whole bottle for that! Now I have one short nail and all the others are long and uneven, even after making her go back and fix them. You can get better service, and better care of your nails elsewhere still for a good price.
