These idiots don’t answer the phone and they haven’t sent the title to my credit union. I researched it and apparently they have done this before to other people. My credit union will be going after them along with DMV. Do not do business with these crooks!!!
We purchased a Cadillac Escalade at the end of July (2023). We live in South Carolina. We left the dealership on a90 day temporary tag. The dealership was supposed to forward the title transfer paperworkalong with the SC sales tax we paid to the SC DMV. It's been over 60 days and SC has received NOTHING. We've called no less than 30 times, left messages, spoke to Juan, John and Javier and now they see our numbers on their caller ID and so not pick up the phone and haven't done anything to rectify this situation.
