I have done 2 refinances with Aaron Knutson and his exemplary team, Adam and Erica. They have been extremely helpful and have done everything to make refinancing as pleasant as it can be. I've done several re-fi's with the Cali-mortgage group including Aaron, Adam, Erika, and Barbara. The entire group are very professional, and go the extra mile to make the re-fi experience as painless as possible. Aaron has an exceptional talent for explaining complicated details in "laymen's" terms. I have closed out two transactions (both purchases) with Aaron in 2012. Aaron was very knowledgeable and did everything in his power to speed up approval / closing process. When I had to pay appraisal fees 2 times (due to the 4 month delay in the short sale process) for 1 of the transactions, Aaron volunteered to send a gift card for one of these appraisals. Overall, I've enjoyed working with Aaron!
