Really bad service found my car scratched up and un finished really bad job
I had a terrible experience with Cal Fix Collision. Their customer service is extremely unprofessional and rude. They took forever to get anything done, and when they finally returned my car, the work wasn’t finished properly. To make matters worse, my car was returned with scratches all over it. I would not recommend this shop to anyone — very disappointing and a complete waste of time.
Totally recommend this place! Staff is great, professional and upfront... No BS! Workmanship is on point. They take pride in their work and it shows. I'll definitely be returning for future repairs!
This place is awesome! Customer service and communication skills were on point. My car looks brand new! They did an amazing job. I’m so pleased and happy!
