Worst customer service ever! After months of trying to deal with this company we just got an email that they cannot do our wedding. Sad because I’m from Belgium and wanted to have stylish decorations like we do that here. I couldn’t find any company that could come close to what I had in mind, until I saw this company. Unfortunately, I will never be able to recommend this place to anyone. A family member of mine and his soon to be wife loved the designs featured on their website, and wanted to book them for flowers for their wedding day. My fiancé and I wish we could give 0. We went on the website and liked the way it all looked and wanted to book flowers for our big day. Our very first email we asked to book with them and reserve our date and got no response. So we called and the wedding coordinator asked if we had already filled in the google form but of course we didn’t because she never sent us anything. We ordered table centerpieces for our Christmas party last year through Cali Bouquet. Anastasia was very professional, responsive and has a fantastic sense of style. Everyone was impressed with bouquets. I had a chance to keep one of the centerpieces, and it lasted for a couple of weeks after. Even though that our party located in Orange County, our order was delivered on time. This year we will order from Cali Bouquet again.
