I have been going there for about four years. The staff has been always nice and professional. Just called to renew my card and was told I could renew over the phone instead of coming in the office. Great way to do business.
The worst place to get a recommendation!!! By far the most expensive, I would rather go to downtown SF and get a recommendation!!!! Also it's a video appointment and not an actual physician on hand, no worth the time and 5 pages to renew my card.... I will never recommend or go here again!!!
