Terrible experience. I had a full eye exam with them including glaucoma test (puff of air into the eye) in order to get new contact lenses. I came back less than 1 week later and they demanded another glaucoma test. The first one way excellent, but they claimed it was their “policy” to perform this test on every visit to their office (again, this was LESS than one week later). They said if I didn’t take it, they would “cancel” me. I walked out. Avoid this practice at all costs.
