They will literally rent your property to drug dealers. They will get your house literally destroyed by unauthorized occupants. Since when has section 8 ever approved 6 adults with criminal records living in a property on 1 section 8 certificate?
I would not recommend for anyone to have Calhoun properties handle their business I am dealing with them now my ice maker went out in January someone from Calhoun properties was here and saw that it was out they never called to have it replaced I called three times between then and the beginning of June it's almost six months later and still not working..my owner replaced my blinds about a month ago I still don't have them to make it really bad last Thursday not only is the ice maker not working but the whole refrigerator w... read more
