I would Not have a service for a pet turtle at this facility. They are very unprofessional, do Not pay attention to detail and Only tell you what you want to hear. As much money as this funeral home brings in, you would think they would update their facility. The rug, drapes and furniture are older than I am and needs to be replaced. My mother's service was rushed and Nothing I requested was done or properly completed. My mother has yet to be cremated (its been over two weeks since her service).
