Took fiancé and her mom here, so mom could get her hearing checked. Loss of 50% in one ear and 70% in the other. She came out and said they were just trying to get her money, and said she heard tones so her hearing was fine, but the numbers don't lie. Nothing these people tried got past her "hearing is fine". I'd go here to get my hearing checked.

I had heard so many good things about this group,I was so excited to finally with my medicare ,be able to make an appointment.I wish I could bring myself to go back and see a different doctor in the group.The physician's comments to me were belittling and his nurse laughing at his insensitive remarks made it an humiliating experience.I would love to give his name,but instead I will pray for our heavenly father to touch his heart and hopefully he will be a kinder more sympathetic physician in the future.I must travel far for ... read more

I used this doctor twice, filled out my Name and Address and my Insurance info. I get a call about owing a bill. I call and they had sent the bill to a address I lived at 6 YEARS AGO. How did they get this information? They change the address and sent me a new bill, in the mean time STILL they call me. They also UED THE WRONG INSURANSE INFO I HAD WITH ANOTHER JOB, not what I GAVE them. Now they have harassing phone calls at the end of the day so you can not call them back.
