Steve Poole and the CalHome team just finished up our 13-month 2nd story add-on and brought our dream home into reality. Throughout the project, Steve was communicative, thorough, and ensured that things were done right. Highly recommend CalHomeCo. I did a very complex 1,000sq/ft two story addition at my house in Mission Hills. This was a full gut job plus a large addition- they essentially built me a new house. Steve Poole was the project manager and he was amazing. We set a very aggressive timeline and the CalHomeCo team finished on schedule- anyone who has ever done a project knows how rare that is. Brian and the team were very fair and competitive on pricing. Overall a great experience.
The team built a 2 bedroom, bath and wet bar room addition for me and they were courteous and professional. Working with Sean Reynolds as my PM was great. He was very responsive and helpful. I love their on-line portal that they use for tracking the project E2E. I highly recommend them!

CalHome Construction's Tony did a plumbing job at our home today as part of our home warranty. Tony was very proficient at what he does and very courteos and easy to work with. There were total 4 jobs to be done and he completed all of them with in 25 minutes, a testament to his expertise. The best plumber experience that i had thus far.
