CalHomeCo built a detached ADU for us in 2024. In short, this company is fantastic. The quality of work is near flawless (and we've been using the ADU for over a year now) and the people are all great to work with. We've owned our home for a long time and hired many contractors over the years. On most projects there are always headaches or problems of some sort, so we were very concerned about who we hired for something this big.
