Trash products. Poor service. doors arrive as a pile of boards you have to fully assemble, with mismatched cuts and poor instructions. Barn doors were heavily warped, damaged, and inconsistent colors. The replacement "Parts" (more boards) were the wrong color all together, and their solution was "we can send you some stain so you can do it yourself" The replacement door was also horribly warped and mismatched color. I would not purchase from them again, nor will I install any of their products for my customers in the future.... read more
Don't buy anything here, quality is poor
Stay away from this company! They do not back their product and their return policy is very misleading! We ordered the bypassing barn doors and immediately upon opening the first box and taking a few pieces out, (for $850) we were not pleased with the quality of the barn doors, or the stain color. We contacted the company immediately to start a return. Come to find out, we were responsible for the $460 to ship the doors back. I would say that is all these doors are worth, if that! Wow, I wish I read this company's reviews first, sent me a $600.00 door with numerous damages. When I asked for a refund, they told me I would be responsible for freight. Made me have to dispute the charge. Not sure how the expect to stay in business with that type of ethics.
They shipped me a damaged door, It was damaged in numerous spots so I don't think it was shipping damage. I called the company and emailed them complaining about the damage, and their response to me was the ship then the door back and they will give me a refund. Why should I be responsible for shipping the door back when it's not my fault?So they left me no choice but the dispute the charge with my credit card. company.Do not buy from this company. They will let you down.
