Awesome experience with Calgrove. I rented a 65' lift, but on the day of the rental they only had an 85' lift available, so they sent out the 85' lift at no additional charge. The lift was dropped off by mid-morning on a Saturday, and then picked up early Monday morning. No issues with the drop off or pick up, and then my deposit fee was refunded about a week later. Would definitely use these guys again in the future.
My experience with CalGrove has been terrible Every morning at 6 a.m., they start working and loading loud items. The noise includes beeping, chains clanking, and heavy slamming sounds, which can be quite disruptive during quiet hours. I've heard they are relocating, and I hope that happens soon. Starting work before quiet hours is inconsiderate to the neighborhood. They've even begun as early as 5 a.m. I'm not sure what's going on, but I swear this was not an issue before; for the past few weeks, it's been ridiculous.
I called the Canoga Park office and Gus was really really nice. He answered all my questions and thoroughly walked me through everything. Would do biz with these guys!

This place is very unprofessional and idk how they are in business. I ordered a lift and never got it delivered. Make sure you get it all in email.
