Reception super nice and very compassionate, I wanted to see Dr Lam and got a very quick appointment . Greeted warmly by staff and shown to room.Seen exactly on time A+. Dr Lam is such a great Dr. Very knowledgeable, explains things and takes his time !
One of the front desk receptionist was kind of non-chalant and for some reason was talking with a louder voice on the phone compared to in-person. Like when she called me into the room it was in such a low tone like she’s whispering, and she didn’t even say anything else like “follow me” or “in this room” but she was just quiet the whole time. When I came back out front afterwards, I was waiting to reschedule/ ask questions and she didn’t make eye contact but instead was looking on her computer and helped some other patient ... read more
Very grateful we receive such good care from our family doctor over the years. The changes they’ve made with front staff & also the renovations are such positive changes! Since I’ve been a patient here for almost two decades.. I’ve had poor experiences with the front staff over the past years and the space was dim & dark too. However all the changes they’ve made with that have been such a breath of fresh air & it’s bright! There is also now a pharmacy which makes it convenient.
