the worst dont care about the tenets constantly raising lot fees i find it pretty telling that the took down the old reviews.... i wonder why ?

We move here in 2023, yes the house was sold as is where is, we were told that we would get a driveway and because we own 2 vehicles that it would be a double, so here we are again with them paving and asked to have a double driveway, all they did was overlay the old driveway. Do not buy or rent here The house I baught was condemned from mold and I didn’t know, causing major sick and loss of belongings, they put a new coat of paint and sold it. There were 4 floorings and 2 layers of wall where they have done this before. The staff are creeps and theives, you do not get notifications of rent hike, they take away services so that they can make you pay more, they shut off the water without notice (illegal).
