We just moved here and were thinking this was a great place and so far it it’s been pretty good, I had some family come over and visit and they told me that I live in a trailer that is parked in a trailer court, this was never discussed with me when we moved here, be careful when renting or buying in Calgary Village as it’s not a village but an actual trailer park. I will be moving out
Over prices and poorly maintained. Trailers are 1970's cover ups.
You can get your old listing deleted because of the bad reviews, but that doesnt mean you get to start fresh. You sell cover up junk and the rent is too high for the services (which you have cut since buying the parks. We lost 50% of our trailer value because of the rent. How can you justify $1340 lot rent when the trailer we just bought at Chateau Estates is $630? Calgary Village is a poorly maintained rip off.
I bought a renovated trailer in 2012 that was a money pit. The previous landlord covered up the mold and leak issue and this Cove Communities are different. They buy crap trailers and just cover them up. There is a Facebook page for tenants of the canada cove parks. Move elsewhere because you never get your money pack.
