I’m so grateful I came to this clinic. Receptionist is a very kind lady, doctors are always gentle and show compassion in their work.
I am terrified of going to the dentist. I went to get a tooth out 2weeks ago and I went to calgary south dental. Everybody there was so nice to me. The ladies welcomed me in when i came in the door. I was very nervous. I talked to sandy about how I didnt know hor my insurance worked. She explained to me and I didnt havd to pay. I felt better. I saw anessa that helped the dentist and my appointment was so good. I am bringing my boyfriend and his family. I was treated so well from the beginning to the end. Thank you.
While the clinical dental care provided by the dentist was excellent and professional, the administrative and front-office experience has been extremely disappointing. Over an extended period, I experienced continuous miscommunications, inaccurate information regarding insurance coverage and treatment estimates, and significant delays.
