I send an email to book an appointment June 20 and it’s July 2nd and haven’t received a reply It’s too bad because the clinic has great doctors which I have seen previously but no effective administrators front desk. I actually sent two emails requesting an appoitment and none got answered
I had always had positive experiences at this clinic, which is why I recommended it to my family. Unfortunately, our recent visit was very disappointing. There was an issue verifying my little sister’s insurance, and I explained that I was only assisting her and didn’t have direct access to the policy. After speaking with our mom, her legal guardian, we politely asked to reschedule because she wasn’t comfortable paying out of pocket (if needed to) due to the complicated reimbursement process. Excellent customer service and the hygienist did a great job. No pressure tactics or upselling which I really appreciated.
