Over many years my teeth were ground down due to bruxism while I slept and I decided I wanted implant retained dentures but was naturally apprehensive about the procedure. On the internet I found Calgary South Dental which was close to me and they had some great reviews. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of professionalism from this clinic's administration. I first requested a corrected tax receipt in early February because the amount listed did not match what I actually paid. It is now April, and despite my repeated follow-ups over the last two months, the issue remains unresolved. This negligence is preventing me from filing my taxes accurately and on time. 0 Stars ! Told me in Dec that the rest of my root canal would be no more then 400$ OUT OF POCKET once my insurance plan renewed. Lo and Behold I call back to book the Apt , and They tell me it’s 900$ ! And then try to blame my Insurance company for changing Limits when ALL MY LIMITS ARE EXACTLY THE SAME AS MY LAST PLAN. This is a clear tactic OF BAIT AND SWITCH ! I COULD HAVE HAD MY TOOTH PULLED FOR THE SAME PRICE IVE ALREADY SPENT !!!! IM ABSOLUTELY PISSED. The level of care that I received was definitely a 12/10. All of my questions and concerns were answered with professionalism and each staff member I encountered went above and beyond. I felt comfortable, happy, and well cared for during and after my appointment. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment and I've been recommending this clinic to everyone I know.
