Rincy provided excellent service. She was very patient and helped me choose sunglasses for my wife and child. She explained everything clearly and supported us throughout the process. Really appreciate her kindness and professionalism.
Dr. Prete’s negligence caused my friend to GO BLIND IN ONE EYE!! She had a known family history of glaucoma (which she mentioned and was on file) and made multiple appointments because her eyes were drastically changing. Not once did he take the time to do a quick eye pressure test or question why her prescription changed drastically over a a few months. His negligence had a devastating outcome for my friend and he has plead guilty to all of this too. Just horrible. Do not go to Dr. Prete!!

I had an emergency first thing in the morning. The staff was very helpful and booked me in right away. Dr. Prete was very nice to deal with and assessed the issue right away. With no appointment and what seemed like a normal day i was in and out in less than an hour.
My family has gone to this location for 2014 to see Dr Bauder after having progressive eye prescription changes. He was the only optometrist capable enough this task and my eye sight stabilized since then. My entire family of 5 has gone to him - as we trusted him and his staff for numerous of years. Shortly after Dr Bauder left on his sabbatical, we moved to Hunter-horn location and saw Dr Columbia.
