My overall experience with this clinic was excellent. First, the front desk staff was incredibly patient and welcoming—truly the friendliest I’ve ever encountered. Dr. Wang was also highly professional. My elderly parents were initially worried because they hadn’t brought all their medications from China. Dr. Wang carefully provided the appropriate prescriptions based on their original Chinese medications, which completely eased their concerns. It was truly a wonderful experience.
One of the doctors threw a pen at my mom’s face simply because we asked for a referral. When we raised our concerns, the clinic chose not to accept us as patients, even though we were the ones who were insulted during the interaction. I have clear evidence of what occurred. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. No wonder the reason why the have the poorest reviews they have

What can I say about dr Cyrus, I’m very lucky and anyone that gets to see dr Cyrus is lucky also, she is a kind Beautiful caring woman who cares about your patience health . She is by far the best doctor I have ever had in my 42 years in Canada . This clinic is very lucky to have her I would recommend her to anyone. Well done and thank you from the bottom of my heart! A very disappointing and alarming experience. I was prescribed clotrimazole/betamethasone cream with verbal instructions to use it intravaginally. This medication contains a hormonal component and is not intended for use on mucous membranes. Fortunately, I decided to double-check the prescription and did not use it. The situation scared me so much that I experienced a panic attack, and I could not sleep for a long time, realizing that I had almost applied a potentially harmful medication to a very sensitive area.
