I ordered flowers online from out of province as a birthday gift, and when I reached out about an issue with the bouquet, the team was immediately responsive, kind, and thoughtful. Everything was resolved quickly and with genuine generosity, which truly meant a lot to me. Their sincerity and professionalism really stood out. Exactly what you'd hope for from a local business. I will happily support this florist again and highly recommend them!
