The gentleman at the front desk was very nice, but I did end up waiting an hour despite having an appointment. Seems like this is to be expected at this location.
I’m just wondering what’s the whole point of having an appointment when I still have to wait 90 minutes?!!!
I am very glad that I've decided to use this location for my tests, even though the reviews are pretty bad. My experience was very good and I will definitely use them in the future. Their staff are very friendly and helpful, and make you feel comfortable. On the day I was there, they were overbooked so the wait time was a bit longer (in my case with the scheduled appointment it was 10 extra minutes). However, if you want to go there as a walk-in, without the appointment your waiting time can be easily over an hour.
Never coming to this location again. Why is it an hour wait when you have an appointment? Ridiculous .
