Having a Calgary Institute of Counselling office in both the north AND south of Calgary is everything - especially to help accommodate the busy lives we all live! No matter the area of help I’m seeking, their large teams of diverse and highly qualified professionals have always had options for me to choose from - ensuring my experience and comfort level as the client was paramount. Highly recommend !!!
The Calgary Institute of Counselling has been a wonderful, welcoming, and supportive space. The staff are kind and compassionate, the psychologists are incredibly knowledgeable and truly excellent at what they do, and the environment feels safe and comfortable for healing and connection. I’ve recently started facilitating a support group there, and their support and willingness to provide a safe space for the community has meant so much. I’m very grateful for the work they do.
I was looking online to find support from a psychologist and I came across this institute. They appointed Ashley Whalen for my sessions and I was very pleased and satisfied with her help. She was very kind, very friendly, very open to listen and very honest throughout all our sessions. I would definitely come back to this institute and I would highly recommended it to anyone who is looking for a psychologist, as their level of commitment in trying their best to help you is very high.
I highly recommend this clinic! The team is professional, welcoming, and truly cares about the well-being of their clients. The environment is calm and comfortable, which makes it easy to feel at ease. They provide excellent support and guidance, always with empathy and respect.
