The office is on the 2nd floor. I had an appointment to go over my application & I had a very nice man who was informative & compassionate towards my needs. There is a long waiting list but that is not the responsibility of the workers there. The government needs to provide more affordable housing for people who need it. The people who work here have been kind and explained a lot to me about how the process works.

Ten years ago this housing company destroyed my life. I had a very disturbed neighbour who harassed me for three years. The last year was unbearable. There was no mediation. They would not help me, instead they blamed me. I had my property vandalized every night. I was made to leave and their movers stole most of my valuables and things I can never replace. My cat was murdered by the Humane Society. I have ongoing trauma and was put through hell because they didn't care and she was someone's friend. Monsters.

I want to share my experience with the manager of the building at 168 St. Moritz Dr. Unfortunately, my interactions with him have been very negative. His attitude is unprofessional and often rude, making tenants feel uncomfortable instead of supported. The way he speaks to residents gives the impression that he thinks he is the landlord, rather than someone responsible for assisting tenants. Living with new tenants upstairs. I've been here over 2 years and they moved in over two months ago. They smoke cigarettes, pot and vaping. I've logged it all and sent copies to my landlady 8 times over 2 months. I've spoken with the landlady twice on the phone, never met her. I called the LL four times last week and on Monday.
