I rarely ever write reviews. This is my second time I’m ever writing a negative review. I was so blown away by the utter lack of compassion and understanding spirit. I don’t know her name however I was trying so hard to explain my situation and she was so dismissive and disrespectful. We are a low-income household with a child and a disabled partner. We moved into CHC believing it would be a place of stability, safety, and fairness. Instead, we’ve endured months of stress, fear, and silence from management especially from the assigned property manager and those tasked with resolving serious issues. Best employer, always supportive, wouldn't ask for a better agency, always at your service and people who complain I understand I mean the wait list is long and buildings have been demolished but that happens and I mean their maintenance is the best for what the company for housing gives you is a great value there's no way a person should have any thing not to love about calgary housing. Calgary Housing Corporation is rolling out a blanket no-smoking policy that completely removes smoking from all of its properties — including private yards and outdoor spaces.
