Avoid the place at all costs. There was a misunderstanding regarding the fee and as I was explaining that my daughter was treated in another clinic for the same exact issue covered 100% under the Alberta health insurance so why would they charge me a fee for my son when planter warts are 100% covered, he started being sarcastic and talking in a sarcastic tone and expression on his face, was extremely rude how he handled the situation, and said "well we don't treat for free" "you can go there if they are gonna do that!" Great experience from beginning to end. Reception was extremely friendly and helpful, calling us twice to move up the appointment as cancellations came in. Dr. Kwan was attentive and efficient, and the whole thing was reasonably priced. Very happy with our experience here.
Dr. Kwan is very profession, knowledgeable and kind. I went in looking for a particular treatment for warts on the bottom of my foot I'd been trying to get rid of for 2 years. She went over all the options and we decided on a different treatment on her recommendation. In under 3 months (with a couple of treatments per month) they were gone! She's quick but doesn't rush you out the door if you have questions. Price not bad either. Her staff are competent, professional and return calls when you leave a msg.
