I had a really frustrating experience here. The first appointment, Dr. Nesbitt was 45 minutes late. For my second visit, I mentioned this to the receptionist as I needed to take time off work. She assured me that having a morning appointment would mean less of a wait time but said I should show up at 8 am for my 8:30 appointment as they tend to book around 8 people for the same appointment time. Very professional Nurses and the Doctor took great care of my toe issue
The staff are rude there’s always a long wait. Appt are never on time. They overbook and have no desire to work at this place. Don’t waste your money and time at this place
I have been extremely pleased with the services there as well as the mobile home service (used in winter). If you just need nail care and don’t need to see the Foot Doctor (MD), be smart and book your appointment for a day he isn’t there. Otherwise expect it to be busy. I have found reception to be most helpful in assisting me with navigating that for my appointments.
