Five stars is not high enough for the service and flowers that I received from Luna. Firstly, I was ordering from Ontario and forgot about the time change. I called before 9:00 and she answered the phone anyway. I wasn't sure what I wanted to send to my aunt for a milestone birthday so I gave Luna our budget and some colours that I would like and she created a beautiful arrangement. Ordered flowers for my mom, and completely missed on their website that I needed to pay slightly more for shipping to the address. They contacted me about the extra fee, but because I paid it right away they added extra flowers which was really nice of them. The flowers turned out beautiful as well!

Delivery was right on time, and the whole experience was smooth and pleasant. I truly appreciate the quality and attention to detail—highly recommend!
Flowers did not look great or anything like the picture ! Looks like they were slapped together . Picture on the left is what they should look like, picture on the right is what they received .
