Wish I had read the reviews before I wasted two months of my time waiting for assistance from this place. I think most people would agree that it takes a lot of courage to reach out for mental health help. And those with social anxiety disorder would probably agree that it takes an enormous amount of courage to finally ask for help. What an incredible waste of energy on my part to look to this place for help.
Highly recommend Calgary counselling and their team very supportive when people are in the most darkest moments
"It's like having a hole in a pizza dough crust you have to fill it with something." If I want infantile analogies, I certainly don't want to waste my time and money for them. A joke of a counselling centre. We contacted them for sessions back in the fall, nobody called us, months went by trying to contact them and no answers. Finally got a hold of them a few weeks ago again after numerous phone calls and finally got someone on the phone… did they take all over again and STILL weeks later no phone call back. Do not recommend this agency to anyone.
I don’t even know what to say in this review. They sent me to collection twice for the same bill AFTER it was paid off. No direct way to ever reach out or speak to them about this. No one is ever answering the phone. I’ve never been able to get through to them. Even when I wanted to start the service with them the only way I got through was via online application.
