This is hands down the most embarrassing excuse for a meat department I’ve ever seen. Co-op is putting teenagers who clearly have no training or experience in charge of something as serious as a butcher shop. They don’t know how to wrap a steak, they don’t know how to handle burgers, and they definitely don’t know what professional customer service looks like.
