The staff are friendly and skilled. Their primary receptionist is a gift; she's probably responsible for a huge number of word-of-mouth references. Both their dentists are skilled and careful. They made me feel comfortable, and were thorough and careful in creating and executing a dental "care plan", despite the fact that I'm on ODSP, which, I now realize, has caused other dentists to be more parsimonious and careless with previous dental care than was necessary.
