I had an extremely disappointing experience with Donna at Caledonia Comforts. Despite reminding her several times about my correct pronouns, she repeatedly ignored my requests and refused to use them. When I expressed my frustration and mentioned leaving a negative review, she dismissed my concerns, telling me she didn’t care and would even deny I was a customer. Since I was introduced to this I will never buy another lotion or spray of any sort from a store. Everything I have purchased has been amazing. I love all the products from toner to candles. Beautiful work and customer service.

She has lost me as a customer!!!! I placed an order with her, paid her immediately, picked it up the next day. My package was leaning on a small goodie bag.
