The building and property are dirty and infested with roaches and rodents. This place is neglected and needs multiple basic repairs. The management is not responsive to tenants concerns/needs - disregarding both comfort and safety. It was NOT a pleasant living experience, and not a good moving out experience - with no walk through property hand off, followed by my security deposit being kept by property manager Bryant Symonds, for made up charges, which when I tried to dispute, he refused to provide evidence.

You don't want to live here we finally moved out. They have mold that they won't do anything about, cockroaches, and the maintenance guys get in trouble if they actually fix anything. We lived here for 2 years and didn't have a working A/C the whole time. It is an awful place to live.

It was a nightmare living over there, I will share my experience, I had to live for about 8 months with cockroaches and other insects, parking lot is a big problem that I even had to contact the police, the laundry doesn't fully work and its always dirty, plus getting contact with management is not an easy situation because it seems to me that they're trying to protect themselves and the money more than the wellness of their tenants.
