Agree with all of what the other reviews said. They are so rude, never there, don't fix anything. Also it's a community for the elderly and disabled yet the handicapped accessible door has been broken for years so if your loved one can't physically come down the hall or it takes them a really long time you will never be able to get in unless you have an extra key.
When first moving in, management was great. There were a few minor things wrong but overall a decent place. Fast forward a few months, management changes and everything goes down hill. Management never around, and if they are actually around the door is closed and sign turned to closed so you are never sure. Management does not provide receipts when asked, is rude and will talk down to you like you are a child even when you are nice and respectful of them.
