Lived here for 5 years and I will always tell people to never move in here. Where do I start with the issues we had? We had property be stolen by children when we first moved in. There was a man (a felon) staying with a tenant (not on her lease) who assaulted my dog, he kicked my 70lb pitbull with steel toe shoes sending her flying in the air. The landlord didn’t do anything. I'm 66 years old, do pay rent, many don't, the last year I constantly get harassed by younger tenants while just walking my dog! nothing gets said to them unless I call the police. Hard at my age but will end up moving. Very hard to live this way.

Agree with all of what the other reviews said. They are so rude, never there, don't fix anything. Also it's a community for the elderly and disabled yet the handicapped accessible door has been broken for years so if your loved one can't physically come down the hall or it takes them a really long time you will never be able to get in unless you have an extra key.
