Very good doctor, however, the office is temporarily closed, due to a fire at the panini place, next door. The whole building is fenced off, and no one is allowed in.
My family has visited this clinic numerous times with great satisfaction for the care provided by Dr. Rai. We are so pleased that he is a part of our community.
I mostly go for my mom's check-up. The doctor always failed to address the pain and actual ailment. I could not understand why he has wrong perceptions with wrong diagnosis. Until you request him to get certain tests done or get referred to the specialist, he always keep saying "oh this is common and all due to old age'. And most of it, he has very poor listening skills.The doctor always failed to convey the test results, never recommend what to do next. I never recommend this doctor.
It is really sad and frustrating that we had our tests done nearly 1 and a half months back and we (me and my husband) are still not able to see the doctor and consult our reports, nor do we get any calls from the reception to let us know if we want to collect our reports we can do that. This is sooo unprofessional. Highly Dissatisfied!!!
