The receptionist rushes you, get a new receptionist. First bad impression.
Words can’t express the gratitude I feel to Dr Cooper and his team. I was given the best care and support throughout my treatments. Every member of his team is top notch and compassionate.
Dr. Cooper was very nice however the receptionist is rude, she spoke to me as if I was wasting their time. Considering that it's a mental health facility, and people are coming here because they are having a hard time, having a little compassion and being nice goes a long way.
Super nice people and very caring. They saved my life.
