Visit Went to look at a 2 bedroom, they advertise it as spacious, Wrong!!! Bedrooms both very small, bathroom- very very small, kitchen basically none existent. When I asked about the play area for dogs the lady had no idea what I was talking about. That was the main reason I went!!! False advertising! Don’t waste your time!!!
Best Value in the City I lived at Caledon Apartments from 2015 to 2017. The complex is currently going through a lot of awesome renovations to facilities and the apartments themselves. My favorite part about Caledon was the location and the price. It's easily the best value in the city. I worked downtown, and it only took me 10-15 minutes to get to work every morning. Loved every minute of it! What a joy it was to live at Caledon Apartments (the former Bell Caledon). I spent a lot of time traveling around Greenville to find the best apartment complex for me, and Bell Caledon checked every single box and then some. There are some shady complexes that might offer rent just a bit cheaper, but none can offer the cleanliness and security of Caledon.
