Update: after 5 months, we finally got our deposit back after repeatedly calling and emailing. When asked to provide an update of when we'd get our check, they said they would but then never did. The only time I got responses was when I initiated it. Our experience at Caledon Apartments was a nightmare. The apartment was filthy at move-in, the power and heat went out constantly, and we had no heat for 3 weeks in the middle of winter. Multiple emergency requests were ignored. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!! This is the worst apartment complex! They do not care about their tenants and do nothing to help them! They claim to be a resort style complex with all sorts of amenities, but they are FAR from a resort. My husband and I moved into Caledon in Oct 2024 and moved out in Jan 2025.
