Worst place to live This is by far the worst place I’ve lived. It started out perfect!! Then they were bought out and the company just didn’t care about anything anymore. We complained about the mice problem that was extremely constant and we are the cleanest people. You are forced to pay for pest control and yet bugs and mice are constantly coming in? Every year gets worse. I've lived here since 2017, the first 2-3 years were great, then management changed in 2020, then again in 2021. I must say, I read the other reviews before writing this and I must agree with all of them. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get any information from the front office. There are admins at the front, who are the only ones available, but they don't have any information and cant take any action without the manager. The manager, Nikki, is always busy. RUN, Don't walk AWAY from this apartment complex I was only a resident at this location for under a year... and that was too long. Management was fine for the first few months but since they have switched to the new management.... things are doing downhill fast. Extremely Unprofessional and Unorganized Where do I start. They recently have had a change of management and as a result of that management change I now have to find another apartment selection. I had begun the process of renting an apartment with them and when I came back up to submit my papers they informed me that my apartment had not been reserved and that I basically would have to contact who I provided my money to to get a refund. constant marijuana smell Lived here over 2 years, the complex has gone downhill in the last year. Pros: -Location is great and easy to get to parts of Greenville. -Maintenance was always very professional, quick and helpful. Don't Live Here The only good thing about this apartment complex is the location. If you can avoid living here i would do so. You can find so many apartments for the same price that are so much nicer. I was told that my apartment was going to look just like the model apartment that they showed me and i was completely wrong. We enjoyed our experience at Caledon! We moved from NY to SC and were looking for a short term rental before we bought our home. I am happy we ending up choosing Caledon. The location was very close to all shopping! The apt was renovated and quiet. Since we were new to Greenville and not familiar with the area, we felt safe in that community. Management even accommodated us with a handicap parking spot as my husband is disabled. Reagan in the front office always replied to our emails promptly and our experience was positive.... read more
Looking elsewhere Toxic front office. The front office makes the experience and companies insist on hiring the people who are nice to your face until after you sign the lease.
