RUN!!!! Do NOT rent from caleb creek apartments.. My husband and i were the first to rent here and had no idea of all the issues. The instalation is so bad u can hear the people below you and above as if they were standing right beside you. We brought it to the managments attention when owned by ardent and they advised us to write a letter to corp, so.we did.
