I can’t recommend Caleb enough. I was dealing with closing out my late uncles estate from the other side of the country and selling the house was the biggest component. He made the entire process easy and seamless. From the estate sale and cleaning out the house he had people to help. The house listed and closed in a month and I’m able to move on with the closing of the estate.

We couldn't have had a better realtor than Caleb! He is smart, kind, honest, and very thorough! We are new to the area and had a lot of questions and concerns about buying property in Yuma. Caleb had all the answers for us and if he wasn't sure he researched and found the correct answer. You will never find a better realtor!
