They were awesome about keeping me updated as to when our plumber would be here. Davein was courteous, explained the issue and went right to work. He was done and did a great job. I would request him again.

Mr. Stuart Rasshan was vey professional, punctual and got to project as soon as he got there. We are glad with his work. This company is too pricy though, $403 to replace small copper pipe & faucet outside. That’s with a military discount.

Earl Gilbert was knowledgeable and constructive with the fix process. He also made recommendations for repairs that we didn’t know were problems until he showed us the problems. He provided us pricing for the repairs itemized and combined. He is an all around good guy to talk to while he was getting the job done. In the end came out just right. Thanks Earl take care!

I would endorse Sam Brothers for all your heating and air conditioning needs. We were not experiencing any issues with our unit but since it’s six years old we knew it was time for preventative maintenance. Sam was a pleasure to job with he took his time and checked our unit and cleaned it for us. We will use Plumbing Heating and Air for all our plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs in the future.

Lance was incredible. The initial visit was scheduled same day with the job completed shortly after. He diagnosed the dilemma and repaired it as well. I might also add, Lance was extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. He went out of his way to explain what was causing the problem and his recommendation to fix it. Once the work was complete you could tell the quality of the work completed was outstanding, even to an untrained person.
