I am very disappointed with my experience working with Caleb Brown’s State Farm office. After selling my home and requesting that my homeowners policy be canceled, I continued receiving bills and past-due notices. What should have been a straightforward process turned into an unnecessary headache. I expected better communication and follow-through regarding my policy and billing status.
