only getting 4 stars because they sent a pump that needed multiple battery changes because there was no charger for the pump. Other than that theyve been great ! deliveries came on time
Can’t understand the negative reviews. Based on my experience, Calea has been efficient and courteous. They worked around my plans to be out of town and ensured I had enough doses. If I need to switch to a different delivery window, they’re very accommodating. Drivers are on time and call to give me a heads-up when close. I see most negative reviews are from years ago (during COVID). Perhaps there were issues then, but I’ve had nothing but great service in 2025.
The pharmacists and staff working in the pharmacy are nothing but judgemental, rude and completely unprofessional. You can literally hear them rolling their eyes through the phone. They tell you supplies will be sent out right away, to have a person wait for them, and then they take all day to get it sent out with a driver.
