I lived at their Suites at Port Warwick Property for 6 months. WORST experience renting PERIOD! Management was terrible at resolving issues in a timely manner. Ok if you need to settle for a place to live. That property was noisy and you could hear EVERYTHING! From someone who has rented multiple properties this was a slap to the face.
