I looked at a couple lawyers and they wouldn’t take the case. I called Caldwell Wenzel & Asthana and talked with Jewell who took my information, cleared it with the firm and said they would take my case. It was simple with her help and I have a case worker assigned and a call the next. Excellent customer service and attention on me and my wife. I’m very pleased with their service and would recommend them to not only friends but family as well.

I called Southern Estate Lawyers and spoke with Rebecca about some forms that I need. She was very friendly and helpful. She assured me that if the firm couldn’t help me, then they would give me resources that could. I felt very assured that I would get the best help from them.

I think everyone in Mobile should use Caldwell Wenzel & Asthana if they get in a wreck. The people there were really friendly and helped me a lot. They talked me through everything and helped deal with the insurance. I’m glad I called them.

Haley McNeil was incredible throughout our property damage claim. This was a very stressful situation for our family, but Haley made everything so much easier. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions and explain things clearly. She truly helped take the stress off of us and made the process as smooth as possible. Jewell was so patient with us and our needs. She was thorough with us with every step of the process. Jewell called us when it was convenient for us after work. Hands down, she was the best and we will definitely call her if we have any needs in the future.
