Very thankful for a caring place such as this. Unfortunately we had to take our Baby Girl in because she wasn’t doing well. Dr. Caldwell is the most caring veterinarian I have ever met. He truly cares about his fur patients and their family. He made one of the hardest decisions to make the most peaceful and pleasant to see our baby slip away to rainbow 🌈 bridge so she could finally breathe again. This kind of hospitality is very important when a family is grieving and he treated us and baby girl with dignity.
Traumatic animal experiences are no fun. Experiencing them for someone else, yeah, they really are in excess of normal business operation activities. I can’t fault the care and the treatment we received from this clinic; there is nowhere else I would take one of my animals to if they were injured.
I can’t say enough good things about these good people. They have always treated our babies like one of their own. I appreciate their work & know they are always giving the best care they can. If you are looking for a great vet, this is the place!
Exceptional service. They care for our dogs as if they were their own! One of the best vets we have had hands down!
We just moved to the area within the past couple of months and have so far taken 2 of our dogs, a cat and a bird there (for a beak trim). Dr. Caldwell is amazingly nice and patient, and he educates you. I love that! But today we took our German Shepherd, Vader, up there. He saw Dr. Lennington. We have never been able to take this dog (as an adult) to the vet without them putting a muzzle on him and having about 5 people in the room to restrain him. Great people to be around.
Dr Caldwell and his staff are caring and kind.They’re always available day,night,weekends,holiday,etc.From personal experience they’re the best veterinarian hospital in Monroe county. Don’t know what I would have done without them in an emergency situation.
