We were first-time visitors at Caldwell. Our dog Betsy is 9 months old and needed to be spayed, so we called and set up an appointment. When we picked Betsy up after her surgery, we discovered her nails had been clipped down to the nerve and her feet were caked in dried blood, with two of the nails still actively bleeding. Apparently a nail trim is a courtesy that is performed while the animal is still on the table, sedated. I have been using Holley for ever since I don’t know when! He and his staff are very caring people! They know what they are doing! I would highly recommend them!

I love Dr Caldwell’s office. I have a basset hound named Roxy. She got very sick and I called his office to ask if they could see she right away. The girl was very sweet and said bring her in. Dr Caldwell had to perform emergency surgery on Roxy to remove her spleen. Then we came back to the office after the surgery to see her. You see people’s heart when they think they are not being watched. As I was coming around corner, I saw Dr. Caldwell at Roxy’s cage checking on her and petting her. Dr. Caldwell is a very good and loving Dr to all the animals he treats. also he has a great staff that loves animals and will do anything to help you.

he is very caring about every animal that comes in. I have been there 17 years I have seen him do everything he can he doesn't give up. Very caring man.
