My trip (as well as my grandparents’ trip) was booked through Expedia (anyone can do this), travel agent - Cathy Burrows, did not respond for two days when issues were taking place on our trip with the hotel. When she responded two days later, she stated she was on hold with Funjet travel to see how they could assist me. I did not ever hear back from Cathy, so I sent a follow up email on 3/13 (see below) and additional follow up emails on 3/30 and 4/3 with no response.
