I bought a used Lexus off of them in 08. We have had all the service work done by them at regular intervals. 2 years ago they accidently ruined the tire while pulling it on to the rack for a standard oil change. They replaced it and I just took it as accidents happen. 8 weeks ago my wife took the car in for another standard oil change, they found that the water pump was leaking and replaced it under warrenty but because they were already in there they suggested to repace the timing belt at our expense , which I agreed and au... read more
