The customer service here is always amazing. Everyone is so incredibly helpful, and they always made sure I knew what was going on with my car whenever I had questions. The staff was so friendly and I really felt like my car was in good hands.
The customer service here is so poor that it makes the whole experience frustrating and not worth your money. We are first time customers and dropped off the car with a list of fixes needed on Sunday night after hours per Mike’s direction. On Tuesday he reached out and we agreed on what needed to be fixed. My family and I have been customers of Caldwell Tire for several years, and no one is more shocked than I am at what has led to this review. We have all had oil changes, battery replacements; my mom and grandma had single tires replaced, and my fiancé had all 4 of his tires replaced; and I had a battery replacement and all of my brakes and rotors replaced.
