The property I leased from them was a biohazard and sanitation swamp. CTI did absolutely nothing to assist me as a tenant of theirs for nearly 2 years despite dozens of requests. Their rent payment system is archaic and they don’t offer ACH, so you are stuck with an extra $10 fee every month. Learn from me, don’t rent from them.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Michelle and the CTI real estate prep course enough! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. Ms. Michelle is a natural educator - great communication skills, incredibly personable, and funny too; which made the intense environment of a 4-day crash course so much more enjoyable. We had a small, intimate class of 8, and she did a fantastic job of making us all feel fully prepared for the state exam. Excellent place to host a meeting. The staff was very pleasant and facilities are immaculate.
I have been In CTI for a training, Michelle did great job teaching us regarding real estate license and and all other stuff were great.
