We've been renting with Caldwell Property Solutions for 6 months now and they've been responsive and professional. Our AC went out last night after work hours and they had someone out to fix it before 7AM today. Everything we've needed help with they've been quick to respond to. We recommend them to any potential renters!
I've never had a problem with this rental company. They have been nice and helped on everything I need from maintenance and beyond. Angie is one that sticks out the most her customer service is top tier. Im glad im renting through Caldwell.
So I was a tenant for one year. This management group was 4 stars for the following reasons. Wendy is a five star employee. She took care of any issue quickly and was a joy to deal with. Suzie on the other hand did her job very well but was not a pleasure to deal with. It seems like she doesn't enjoy her job at all. I felt like I was bothering her everytime I called. Very snappy. We have been tenants for almost 3 years now and have had quite a bit of issues when it comes to scheduling maintenance and getting things done in a timely manner. We have work orders that were put in over 5 months ago with no completion date in sight. . Rubon is as helpful as much as he can be, but Suzie is very difficult to deal with. One problem after another but I think this company is trying it's best. I originally wrote a bad review but realized the problems were not the rental agency but the way the owner left this place. The agency sent out 3 cleaning ladies quickly and got the house cleaned up well. The air conditioning and circulating hot water system are still broken which they probably didn't know about and they have agreed to fix that too. I may write a better review later after they get that fixed.
