We had a leak in a 50 year old main water feed tap We called Caldwell they got back quickly with an estimated cost. We coordinated with the city for shutoff. Anyway Jason arrived exactly when he said he would, did a clean and thorough job quickly and patiently waited for the city to turn it back on again. With that we did the paperwork , they met their estimate so no surprises and he was on his way. He found a kink in the main line, probably explaining low pressure so we asked for an estimate. Tammy replied to my email almost before I had finished writing it! Christian came the very next day (as it wasn't an emergency), identified our problem leak, and even went into the attic to access the pipe without having to cut into the drywall. Great service and very fast response time!
Another great service from Caldwell Plumbing that I have trust for over 15 years. This time it was a leak so more complex but again Christian who attended my home this time located and resolved it successfully and as usual clean and professional.
Matt saved the day! He was great.
Jacob was extremely personable and knowledgeable when he came to fix two of our taps. We would definitely recommend him should anyone need a plumber.
